What does Noemi say about the project...
To understand human behavior, especially in athletes, I have spent several years focusing on the mental aspects that influence performance. Based on my extensive experience as a professional athlete, I have had the opportunity to observe not only myself, but also myself, that a large part of success stems from maintaining a clear and calm mind. I have seen how inner peace can support maximum performance, and conversely, inner pressure to perform better can sharply reduce it.
I believe that each individual has the ability to shape their own path to greatness, regardless of external circumstances. My interests include working with emotions, supporting personal and spiritual growth, and helping individuals rewire their neural pathways to cultivate a more confident and fulfilled self.
Emotions are a source of passion and energy. Emotions allow you to perform incredible feats. Emotions are the colors of the soul.
